Great location, tiny hiccup!

The location IS superb! I walked two minutes to both the metro and the train station. Access to transport was SO easy! The staff are really polite and friendly. I found them quick to respond to my email prior to arrival. The room had hangers and shelving! The fridge was a bonus for keeping my drinks cold. The curtains blocked light very well!
My room was very small. It was difficult to move around. The bathroom had just a curtain. This separated the toilet from the shower. Mattresses moved easily. This forced us to put them in position just to sleep.

Staff were efficient during check-in and check-out processes, providing quick assistance with my inquiries! The employees were always prepared and polite. I definitely felt very welcomed in the hotel by the whole staff. They seem like an effective team!

I liked the location near the train station, though the room size was a bit of a surprise. It felt quite small for a Double Room. Maneuvering with luggage was tricky. The lack of proper soundproofing was also noticeable. Noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was easily heard. I was woken up several times during the night because of that thin wall, thin wall.
